Shipments and returns


Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Kuehne+Nagel, Transco, Ziegler or DHL.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

How much is shipping and delivery?

Pop your items in the shopping cart, create your account and enter your address and country.
Once you've provided the delivery address, and chosen a shipping method, the costs will be calculated and shown on screen. For Norway and Switzerland additional fees are charged for customs formalities (import - export). VAT is payable in your country.

You don't need to complete the order just yet, as there are still a few more details that need to be entered before the order is finalised.

Who will deliver my order?

We rely on a network of external shipping partners including DHL Express (online tracking) Kuehne+Nagel, Transco and Ziegler, This carrier will usually contact you before the delivery.

Online tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we send you, and also on your orders page. We regret that our shipping partners are not currently able to supply tracking details for all kinds of articles.

Delivery info for the rigs


We call your attention to the need, on the day of receipt of your package to check its status by opening and checking its state inside.

Indeed the package may be in perfect cosmetic condition outside, but if the package has been dropped on one side or the seat frame could be damaged.

In case of problem (open package, empty package contents damaged ...), please refuse and mention the specific reason for refusal on the travel voucher. In order that, in this situation, you still want to receive the parcel, please make sure to issue written upon receipt reserves. If possible thank you to alert us once the reserves expressed.

What about customs for Norway, Switzerland and UK ?

As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, RSeat Europe is not liable for any additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.

It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.
